Date, times and locations for the public meetings were announced on this page. Area residents, land owners, business owners, and all interested parties were encouraged to attend. Public opinion and information collected were important components in developing study recommendations.

About Meeting #3:
The objective of this public meeting was to hear comments from the community about draft study recommendations for improving mobility in the Mystic area. Included in the meeting agenda was a discussion about recommended:
- Mystic Trolley Bus Route and Governance
- Streetscape/pedestrian/bicycling improvements
- Key intersection and roadway improvements
