Study Team
This study was conducted by the Town of Stonington, with cooperation from the Town of Groton, and the Mystic Seaport Museum. A consulting team, listed below, carried out the various work tasks. The study team was informed and assisted by an Advisory Committee.

Advisory Committee:
The Advisory Committee met five times at strategic intervals to learn of preliminary findings and to provide input to the study team. This committee will include representatives of state, regional and local agencies as well as organizations or groups with a special interest in the transportation system in the study area.
